      This river beach in on the banks of the Cávado River and has a wide grass area where you will be able to sunbathe, make picnics and barbecues (in a public barbecue), take long walks on a pedestrian trail, hire pedal boats,  dive from a diving board and practice sports, such as volleyball.
  This beach is certified by the North Regional Hydrographic Administration (ARH do Norte) and it is monitored by two lifeguards during the bathing season (starting from 15 June).
