     The national air operator Aeronorte is headquartered in this airfield. They provide services such as executive and charter flights, panoramic and touristic flights, prevention and combat of forest fires, sprayings and fertilizations, aerial photography, filming and advertising and also medical evacuation.
     The airfield has recently been renovated and it is considered one of the best in the country.
